Hi, I’m Anna.
Growing up, pie meant home.
My mom was a baker and owned Three Sisters Bakery, and some of my favorite childhood memories involve gathering around the table with family, sharing one of her homemade pies. I wasn’t the kid learning all the baking secrets in the kitchen. I was the kid eagerly waiting for a warm slice and watching how food had a way of bringing people together.
Years later, as a busy mom myself, I found myself craving that same feeling. Not just the pie, but the comfort, connection, and care that came with it.
The truth is, I never really learned to bake growing up. Life took me in other directions. But now, one of the sweetest parts of this journey is that my mom is teaching me. Together, we’re sharing recipes, techniques, stories, and a love for caring for others through food.
The Full Plate Kitchen is more than a pie business. It’s a way for me to honor the memories I grew up with while creating new ones with my own family.
As moms, partners, caregivers, and busy people, we all carry a lot on our plates. My hope is that a homemade pie can take one thing off of yours.
